Refund policy

Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return: Within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags and original packaging.
  • A purchase invoice is provided, and the process is within the allowed period.

Exchange:

  • Outside Riyadh: Via a shipping company, with the customer bearing a fee of 50 SAR.
  • Inside Riyadh: Via the company representative, with the customer bearing a fee of 25 SAR.
  • Through the stores: Exchange is free.

Return:

  • By shipping within the Kingdom: Fee of 50 SAR.
  • From outside the cities of the Kingdom: The customer bears the shipping costs both ways + bank fees.
  • Through the stores: A fee of only 25 SAR is deducted, and the amount is refunded through the online store.

The customer must first contact customer service via the unified number, then proceed to the branch.

Important Notes:

  • If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the company bears all shipping costs.
  • Return or exchange requests are processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  • If the order includes free shipping and the customer requests to return part of the purchases, and the value of the remaining products is less than 450 SAR, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount based on the destination.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns:

  • If the product has been modified according to a special request from the customer or with specific specifications. (This excludes products with defects or that do not match the agreed specifications.)
  • If the product shows a defect resulting from misuse by the customer.
